We target differentiated and developed offerings generating attractive yields as opposed to higher risk models that focus on new developments. Our current focus is on Real Estate Investment Trusts across the GCC which is an attractive segment of the market. Our strategy is to develop offerings that are differentiated and cater to the requirements of investors and property owners.
