Ranjit is a founder of Ithmar Capital. He is also a founder of Amanat Holdings which is the GCC’s largest integrated healthcare and education listed investment company and until recently served as its Chief Operating and Investment Officer. Previously, he was the Managing General Partner at Ravelin Capital Group, LLC which he founded in 2002, where as Managing Director, he managed the NYCAPCO fund of Enhanced Capital Partners, LLC. From 1993 to 2002, Ranjit was the General Partner at Kohlberg and Company where he led or participated in leveraged buyouts of 12 companies with total invested capital of $250 million. 

Prior to this, from 1991 to 1993, he spent two years as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Kidder, Peabody and Co, where he began his career. He was involved in a number of financings, mergers, takeovers, restructuring, and acquisitions. Ranjit received an MBA from the London Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1991.
